Delivery processing time
All deliveries are processed in 5-7 working days. I post on a Saturday. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be sent that Friday, depending on size of order. Orders made on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be posted the following Friday.
Sometimes orders may take longer if they are large, but I will send you an email with the expected delivery date.
Please remember when ordering that I am one person and cannot perform miracles.
Delivery rates and delivery estimates
I, at Thethreadanthropist offer free delivery within the UK on orders over £50. I base my delivery prices on weight. You will be charged 1st class Royal Mail prices unless you opt for local pick up. Sadly I currently do not deliver outside of the UK.
Delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
TheThreadanthropist delivers to P.O. boxes but NOT APO or FPO addresses.
You (the customer) will receive email confirmation of when your delivery is out for order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
I, The Threadanthropist, am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If the product you receive is damaged please send a picture to email@example.com stating the issue within 30 days of receipt. I will endeavour to send a replacement or refund the item if possible.
My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery for reasons unforeseen (post strikes).
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to my mistake. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 6 Ashfield Gardens, Falmouth, TR112TZ
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Here at Thethreadanthropist you can pay securely with PayPal or transfer straight from your bank using wixpayments which is SSL approved.
